How do I book the venue?

You can book directly through our website or contact us for assistance. A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

What is included in the rental?

The rental includes basic furnishings (tables and chairs), Wi-Fi access, and on-site parking. Additional services such as event planning, decor, and catering can be added to your package.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own or work with any caterer of your choice. We also offer a list of recommended vendors.

Do you provide event planning services?

Yes, we offer an event planning add-on package to assist with logistics, coordination, and design for your event.

Is there a kitchen on-site?

Yes, the venue includes a kitchen for light food preparation.

We provide TVs, Wi-Fi, and basic AV equipment. Additional technical support can be arranged upon request.

What is the rental fee?

Our standard rental fee is $200/hour with a 3-hour minimum. You will need to factor in your setup and cleanup time into your rental block. We only rent by the hour.

Are there additional fees?

Optional add-ons like creative design, and event planning are available for an additional cost. A refundable security deposit may also be required.

What is the cancellation policy?

We will refund you 50% if you cancel before the week of the event. If it is the week of the event, we are unable to provide you with a refund.

Is parking available?

Yes, we have plenty of free parking on-site for you and your guests.

Can I decorate the space?

Absolutely! You can bring your decorations, or let us help with our design services. All decorations must be removed after the event.

How early can I access the venue for setup?

You will need to factor in both your setup and cleanup time within your rental block. Unfortunately, we cannot provide early access to the venue, so plan your rental period accordingly.

Can vendors deliver items before the event start time?

No, we are unable to accept any deliveries from vendors before your rental period begins. Please coordinate with your vendors to ensure all deliveries occur within your scheduled rental time.
